Little Miracle - March 2009 At 14 years old, Cora was a healthy, active teenager when she began experiencing mild seizures. After seeing a doctor in Cold Lake, Cora was sent to see a specialist at the Stollery Children’s Hospital. A CAT scan revealed an atypical tumour; suddenly a one-day appointment became a three-week hospital stay. more...

Little Miracle March 2008 Before Kristian Schappy was born, his parents knew their first born was a fighter. 19 weeks into the pregnancy, doctors informed Charmaine and Chad Schappy their baby has a condition called Gastroschisis.
