Bonnie Andriachuk is an executive who has held a variety of legal and business roles over the past twenty years, mainly relating to oil, gas and electricity industries in North America. She is a graduate of the University of Alberta Law School and has recently been a guest lecturer on professional responsibility and ethics. While much of her legal career has focused on energy regulatory matters, over the past few years her focus has been on compliance and ethics management, risk management and governance functions. More recently, she actively managed the integration and associated risks related to the largest merger of two North American pipeline companies.
Bonnie is a board member and chair of the HR committee with Alberta Pensions Services Corporation and has previously been the chair of governance/nominations for Women Building Futures.
Bonnie has a passion for her community and spends considerable time with her family and friends volunteering and attending local events. She lives in St. Albert with her husband of 24 years and her three children.
