Snowflake Gala, presented by Yachimec Group, is Edmonton’s premier black-tie gala for families. For 25 years, Stollery supporters have come together each December for a night of magic and wonder. Thanks to our generous attendees, we have raised more than $16 million in support of leading–edge programs, equipment, research and training at the Hospital.
Snowflake Gala takes place at the Edmonton Convention Centre (formerly known as the Shaw Conference Centre) in Halls A, B and C. The Edmonton Convention Centre is located at 9797 Jasper Ave.
Absolutely! Snowflake Gala is Edmonton’s premier family-friendly gala. We have lots of activities in store for the kiddos in attendance.

Yes! You can purchase tickets and then edit your guests’ names afterwards (please see next question for instructions on how to edit your RSVP).
You’ll find a “VIEW RSVP” button at the bottom of the RSVP confirmation email you received after submitting your registration. You can add additional guests or edit your RSVP by clicking that button.
Ticket sales and changes to tickets will be accepted until Monday, November 27.

Absolutely. A full table seats 10 individuals, so when ordering your tickets just be sure to purchase all 10 at once. You can also request to be sat with another family/other guests when you register. Alternatively, you can contact us at events@stollerykids.com to purchase your table via invoice.
Our doors open at 5:30 p.m., and dinner starts at 7 p.m., followed by dancing, starting around 8:30 p.m.
Snowflake Gala is a black-tie event, but we encourage guests to inject some fun into their outfits!
Our staff and volunteers will still be able to check you in on-site if you forget your ticket(s)/QR code(s), however for a speedier check-in process we encourage you to bring your ticket(s)/QR code(s).
Complimentary parking will be available in the Canada Place parkade from 5 p.m. on Monday, December 4 until 2 a.m. on Tuesday, December 5. Guests must enter the parkade from the 97 Street entrance. If arriving before 5 p.m., please pay for parking.
Yes! When you purchase your tickets, you’ll have an option to enter your dietary restrictions.
Yes – we have a designated room for parents of young children and breastfeeding mothers. A staff member or volunteer will be able to lead you to the room during the event.

Adult tickets are eligible for a $350 tax receipt. All other ticket types are not eligible for a tax receipt.
Tax receipts for Snowflake Gala tickets will be issued in January 2024.
