Meet Madelyn

Madelyn underwent her first open-heart surgery when she was just seven days old – when her heart was only the size of a walnut! You can read Madelyn’s story in the Stollery Kids newsletter here.

With your help, our doctors and nurses will continue to care for all the children at the Stollery like Madelyn who need them – children with illnesses, injuries and other ongoing health issues, as well as children affected by the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Right now, when hospitals and health-care workers are needed more than ever, I encourage you to support the Stollery with your special gift today if you can.

The truth is, every single day you help them save children like Madelyn. And right now, as our hospitals are needed more than ever, our health teams will be by the bedside of every child who needs them with your help.

The urgent need to care for the most vulnerable Stollery kids existed before this crisis hit and now hospital services are in higher demand placing greater strain on people, resources and space at the Stollery.

Thank you for your generosity and your compassion for kids at the Stollery.
