Edmonton Elks and Stollery kids team up this season
The green and gold are bringing a little purple to this season’s Edmonton Elks home games with a brand-new fundraising initiative called Cleats of Strength.

Stacey Amyotte, Director of major gifts and planned giving joined Stollery kid Finley on Global News Morning Edmonton to chat about a new fundraising partnership called Cleats of Strength.
Cleats of Strength presented by MHCare Medical is a season-long initiative by the Edmonton Elks of the Canadian Football League in support of the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation.
During Elks’ home games, fans can bid on a custom designed pair of cleats being worn by an Elks player, with proceeds going to the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation. Each pair of cleats is unique, designed by the player in collaboration with a Stollery kid and painted by Syngyn Sperling of Momentum Customs.
