Driving the future of pediatric oncology care

The Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation received a $100,000 grant from Hyundai Hope on Wheels to help Stollery kids facing a cancer diagnosis live longer, healthier lives through ongoing investments in pediatric oncology research.

Thanks to Hyundai Hope on Wheels’ generosity and partnership, we’re fueling a brighter future for kids with a $100,000 investment in pediatric oncology research and care.

Their commitment to advancing the research, treatment and care of pediatric cancer will help make sure families facing a cancer diagnosis receive the care they need today, while also bringing us closer to the future stand-alone Stollery they deserve.

Meet Luka

Luka is a soccer enthusiast who loves to play video games, ride his scooter and travel. Thanks to the world-class care he continues to receive at the Stollery Children’s Hospital, he gets to do all the things he loves, while being an outpatient.

Liana is a pediatric neuro oncologist at the Stollery Children’s Hospital and an assistant professor at the University of Alberta.

Aaryan loves everything about soccer. He loves cheering for the Liverpool Football Club with his dad, but he loves playing soccer with his dad even more. Thanks to the expert care he received at the Stollery Children’s Hospital, Aaryan doesn’t just dream about goals — he gets to make them.
