Big Gifts for Little Lives Gala

Stand for Violet is a fundraising initiative to show support to Violet, a member of Monarch Child Care that was diagnosed with lymphoblastic leukemia. In honor of Violet, the Monarch Executive Director, Ela, will be shaving her head and collecting donations for the Stollery.

The Filipino Barkada Club and Create for Kids are hosting WonderFest; a carnival-themed fundraising event that will bring together students, families and community members for an evening of fun, culture and creativity. Attendees will enjoy interactive activities such as cultural games, a tie-dye station, a photobooth, festive carnival décor plus enjoy food provided. Come out and enjoy some afternoon fun, as students from the University of Alberta's Pharmacy and Dentistry programs face off in their annual hockey game. Ticket, concession sales, raffle and donations will support of the Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation.
