We have provided a code that can be used for complimentary parking at the Kaye Clinic Parkade across the street from the Hospital. Please CLICK HERE for complete instructions. If you wish to park at a different lot nearby, please note that, in that case, we cannot reimburse parking expenses.

NOTE: Please ensure you allow additional time for parking regardless of where you decide to park. If you utilize the Kaye Clinic Parkade, we recommend allowing 15-20 minutes to park and walk to Bernard Snell Hall.

We encourage you to bring a notebook or device to take notes. We highly encourage the use of a reusable water bottle, but we will also provide refreshments.

Dress comfortably!  Walking shoes are HIGHLY recommended and dressing in layers is always a good idea. If you have a name tag, please bring it along with you, otherwise we will ask you to fill one out upon arrival. If you have branded clothing from your organization, this is the time to dig it out!

We will provide coffee/tea and a light snack in the morning, and hand-held food options for our interactive lunch. An assortment of sandwiches, vegetables and squares will be available.

We will have vegetarian and gluten free options however, if you have more specific dietary options, we recommend you bring something with you or you are welcome to visit the Hospital cafeteria. Inside of Bernard Snell Hall, feel free to take photos and please ensure you have  permission from those you are capturing.

We ask that you refrain from taking photos when you are touring the Hospital or in Hospital spaces outside of Bernard Snell Hall, as it is important for us to be aware of privacy in the Hospital setting.

If you sign up for a hospital tour when registering, you will receive a separate email from the Foundation national partnerships team to confirm the time you will be expected to arrive and who your tour guide will be. Tours have a limited number of spaces available and only those who register in advance will be accommodated.

We only have 250 spots available for this event, therefore, if you cannot commit to the entire day, please reach out to your Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation contact. If there are spaces left as we get closer to the date, we will try to accommodate.

Registration is on a first come first served basis and will officially close on April 1, 2024 or when we reach 250 attendees. Book your spot as soon as possible so you don’t miss out!
