What started out as a school fundraiser in support of the Stollery, grew into something much more as students at Wîhkwêntôwin School showcased their visions for a stand-alone Stollery Children’s Hospital – one built for kids, by kids.

Isla loves her friends, families and puppies, Cheerio and Daisy! After having life-saving stomach surgery at just 22-hours old, Isla is closely monitored by her team at the Stollery.

Ava is a brave, kind-hearted and resilient girl who loves colouring, crafting and listening to Disney music. Born with a rare genetic condition and having 10 major surgeries since birth, Ava takes her infectious smile on the road every few months from Grande Prairie to Edmonton to visit her Stollerific team at the Hospital.

Greyson loves science, Spider-Man and bugging his little sister – in a loving, big brother kind of way. After a bacterial sinus infection brought Greyson to the Stollery Emergency, doctors discovered two abscesses behind his eye that needed surgery.

Leah is a resilient and brave girl who loves to dance, paint and play soccer! After being diagnosed with a heart rhythm disorder, Leah relies on ongoing cardiac care from the Stollery Children’s Hospital. 

Luka is a busy boy who loves being creative! He loves reading, art and trying new things! He was born with a heart condition but hasn’t let that slow him down.

Luka is a soccer enthusiast who loves to play video games, ride his scooter and travel. Thanks to the world-class care he continues to receive at the Stollery Children’s Hospital, he gets to do all the things he loves, while being an outpatient.
