At the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation we raise money in support of the Stollery Children’s Hospital, educate the community on the Hospital’s needs and thank our donors for their generosity. Facial paralysis due to Moebius syndrome has meant that Piper was unable to make facial expressions for most of her life. Thanks to specialized care provided at the Stollery, Piper now can now communicate with her family – and everyone else around her – with a smile.

In collaboration with the Women and Children’s Health Research Institute, the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation, Alberta Health Services, Solutions for Kids in Pain (SKIP) and other partners, the Pediatric Emergency: Advancing Knowledge (PEAK) Research Team works to improve care for young patients visiting the Stollery Emergency Department and beyond.
More than 35,000 sudden cardiac arrests happen in Canada each year, affecting both kids and adults. Being able to react and respond properly can save lives.
Anne is a Nurse Practitioner with Pediatric Neurology at the Stollery Children's Hospital. She is part of the inpatient Neurocritical Care Service and also sees patients in the Neurology Clinic.
