As a part of Stollery No Bounds Week from January 28-February 4, Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation President & CEO, Karen Faulkner, joined Foundation Board Chair Kevin McKee, Stollery kid Emmy and her mom Jodi on Real Talk to chat with Ryan Jespersen about the Stollery No Bounds campaign.
When Emmy was born, she was diagnosed with spinal dysgenesis, a rare congenital deformity that affects the development of the spine and spinal cord. Since moving to St. Albert from Calgary in 2016, Emmy has been closely monitored by her team at the Stollery.
